Participation requirements
- Business and individual professional name
- License identifiers and states licensed
- Service areas and property types served
- Loan programs offered and loan-size preferences
- Contact details, website, and privacy policy
- Required disclosures and insurance documentation where applicable
- Executed participation agreement
- Administrative license verification before activation
What the partner portal will include
- Dashboard
- New, accepted, and contacted inquiries, appointments, response-time metrics, and billing overview.
- Inquiry detail
- Goal, location, timeline, self-reported financial ranges, communication preference, consent record, and match reason.
- Actions
- Accept or decline, update status, add notes, log contact attempts, schedule follow-up, and record outcomes.
- Return rules
- Report invalid information or return an inquiry under the configured rules.
- Team access
- Add internal team members with permission-restricted access.
