What we do, what we do not do, and how to hold us to it

We would rather be clear than impressive. Everything below is written to be checked.

How the platform works

We publish reviewed mortgage education and free calculators. If you choose, we introduce you to participating licensed mortgage professionals. We are not a lender, broker, loan originator, adviser, or government agency.

How matching works

Routing depends on state licensing, service area, programs offered, capacity, and disclosed rules. The number of professionals who may receive your inquiry is shown before you submit.

How the company earns money

Participating mortgage professionals may compensate us for introductions and advertising. Compensation does not affect your eligibility and never creates an approval or a rate.

Compensation disclosure

Data use

We collect the minimum needed to show relevant education and, with permission, to make an introduction. We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank credentials, or identity documents.

Privacy Policy

Communication practices

Consent is requested with separate, unchecked boxes. Nothing is pre-selected. Every marketing message includes an opt-out, and withdrawal is honored across the platform.

Communication consent

Partner standards

Participation requires a completed compliance profile, license identifiers, states served, agreement status, and administrative license verification before activation.

Consumer rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, withdraw optional consent, and ask how your information was shared.

Complaint process

Every concern creates an auditable ticket with a category, an assigned reviewer, a status, and a recorded resolution and corrective action.

Security overview

Planned controls include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, multi-factor authentication for administrators and partners, session expiration, audit logging, rate limiting, and configurable retention and deletion workflows.

Accessibility commitment

We target WCAG 2.2 AA, including keyboard navigation, visible focus states, labeled forms, sufficient contrast, and reduced-motion support.

Accessibility statement

Editorial standards

Financial education moves through draft, compliance review, legal review, approval, and publication. AI-assisted drafts are never published without human review.

Editorial standards

Advertising and corrections

We do not publish fabricated reviews, approval statistics, savings claims, certifications, or security badges. If you find an error in our educational content, tell us and we will review, correct, and note the update date.

Report an inaccuracy

Educational estimates are not loan offers, approvals, or rate commitments. Matching does not guarantee approval, and you are never obligated to proceed.
